1. PickupCode $fillable 補上 status，原本 destroyPickupCode 的 update(['status'=>'cancelled']) 因 mass-assignment 保護被靜默忽略，導致取貨碼按刪除（取消）後狀態不變、永遠刪不掉（超級管理員亦然） 2. PassCode/WelcomeGift 的 fillable 本就含 status 不受影響，故僅取貨碼有此問題 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
