[PROMOTE] dev -> demo: 機台設定金流配置防呆

1. feat(機台設定): 金流配置未選(維持「不使用」)時，機台編輯頁按「儲存變更」跳原生 confirm 二次確認；純前端提醒，後端 payment_config_id 仍 nullable
