[PROMOTE] 調整側邊欄選單順序，將 APK版本 移至基本設定最下方

1. 調整 sidebar-menu.blade.php，將原本排在首項的 APK版本 (apk-versions) 移動至「基本設定」選單列表的最下方，符合日常營運的使用偏好。
