sky121113 5f480d6cb6 [FIX] 修正非中國醫專案的物料代碼一致性驗證邏輯並升級修補版號 
1. 於 VmcSlotListActivity 限制 validateMaterialCodeConsistency 僅在中國醫 (CMUH) 專案下執行，其他專案直接跳過。
2. 調整 app/build.gradle 的修補版號 (verPatch) 變數值，由 67 遞增至 68。
